  • PIN/OIB (exclusively for the purpose of issuing invoices for registration fees or sponsorships)

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

We process your data for strictly defined purposes:

  • Participant registration: Processing registrations for participation in the forum is based on the performance of a contract (to enable your participation in the event).
  • Sponsorships and partnerships: Communication related to business cooperation is based on our legitimate interest in organizing and financing the event.
  • Responding to inquiries: Communication via the contact form is based on your consent (by sending an inquiry, you agree to be contacted in return).
  • Traffic analytics: Tracking statistics via Google Analytics is based on your consent (which you provide via the cookie banner).

4. Cookies and Google Analytics

This website uses cookies. In addition to strictly necessary technical cookies, we use Google Analytics (a service by Google Ireland Ltd.) to track site traffic and understand visitor interests.

  • Forum registrations: Until the end of the event and the resolution of all administrative matters.
  • Accounting data: 11 years, in accordance with the legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction, deletion (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, or data portability. You also have the right to object to the processing of data.

We use an SSL certificate (https) to encrypt traffic between your browser and our website, ensuring that the data you enter in the registration and sponsorship forms (such as PIN/OIB and contacts) travels securely.

Request an offer for exhibitors, sponsorships, or ticket purchases via email: organizacija@vbf.hr. Please specify the name of the package you are interested in (look in the Pricelist section) and your details. If there is no suitable package for you, describe your needs to us and we will create a customized offer for you. Note: The organizer reserves the right to change the program and price list.
