Sparkshare d.o.o. is a Croatian technology company founded in 2022 that develops its own hardware, firmware, cloud software, and mobile application for next-generation smart EV chargers. The company is building a decentralized network of destination chargers (up to 22 kW) that can easily be installed on existing residential and commercial power connections without requiring major infrastructure upgrades. At the core of the system is a proprietary tokenization mechanism based on the WTC token, enabling easy sharing, tracking, and billing of electricity consumption within the network.
