Stjepan Adanic, a panelist at the Vukovar Business Forum – Meeting G2.12 conference.

As part of the Vukovar Business Forum – Meeting G2.12 conference, Stjepan Adanic, the President of the Management Board of JANAF and one of Croatia’s most experienced experts in the fields of energy and strategic management, will also participate in the “Energy Security of Croatia and the Region” panel.

Today, Stjepan Adanic leads JANAF, one of Croatia’s most important energy companies, which plays a key role in the security of oil supply for Croatia and the wider region. Under his leadership, JANAF is further strengthening its position as a strategic energy partner for Central Europe, with a particular emphasis on the security of energy routes, infrastructure modernization, and energy stability.

Throughout his rich professional career, Adanic has held numerous responsible positions in the public and economic sectors. He is known to the public as the wartime mayor of Varazdin, but also as a participant in important political and security processes during the creation of the modern Croatian state. Today, he successfully transfers his long-standing experience in managing systems of strategic importance into the energy sector.
